關於此活動
Pride Edinburgh 於 1995 年 6 月 17 日以盛大陣容揭幕，當時超過 3,000 人湧現 Broughton Street 上的 LGBT Centre 附近，遠超預期的 500 人。該活動由愛丁堡大學學生 Laura Norris 和 Duncan Hothersall 組織籌辦。如今，它由志工營運，資金來自捐款與贊助，並非商業性質的慶典。
遊行隊伍約在中午前後聚集於 Holyrood 的蘇格蘭議會外。現場有演講環節，隨後隊伍沿著 Royal Mile 前往 Bristo Square。那裡整個下午都設有免費的戶外舞台。LGBT Youth Scotland 在附近的 Edinburgh Futures Institute 設有青年中心。參加遊行或觀賞舞台表演皆無需門票。
夜晚的活動延伸至 Broughton Street 和 Picardy Place 一帶的酒吧區——當地人稱之為「粉紅三角區」。
2026 年的遊行於 6 月 20 日星期六舉行。The Scotsman 報導-route 上有數千人參與，但並無官方統計數字。截至目前，2027 年的日期尚未公布。
