CasaSur Palermo

They are truly unacceptable... today, October 9th, after confirming our overnight reservation, having traveled from the interior of the country and chosen this hotel for its location, just hours before arriving at the Bahia Blanca airport, they canceled our room by email without any explanation and offered us the Casasur Recoleta, which is another dump, right on Callao Avenue, noisy and outdated in every way... we asked to go to the Casasur Bellini and according to them there was availability, but when we simulated the reservation on the website, it clearly showed we could stay there... so I absolutely do not recommend the services of this hotel group! A truly unpleasant experience!

Fantastic hotel, we always come back. Federico is a gem, very helpful, he assisted us with all our luggage upon arrival and departure.

Liam, my love died here, so I'm giving it 1/5 because it won't let me give it 0. I'm also giving it 1 star because it's full of idiots.

The lodging experience was marred by a financial issue that remains unresolved. At check-in, a hold/charge of ARS 300,000, US$200, equivalent to slightly over R$1,000.00, was placed on the card as a guarantee for potential expenses. At check-out, after calculating and deducting the actual expenses (R$141.00), we were informed that the remaining balance would be "refunded" within 48 hours. However, this timeframe has passed, and the amount has not yet been refunded, as evidenced by the card statement. Furthermore, we contacted the hotel requesting clarification and action, but received no response. I consider the lack of response to the guest regarding a clear and easily verifiable financial issue particularly inappropriate. At the very least, transparency, communication, and proof of the refund were expected. To date, I have been wronged, as the hotel is still holding an undue amount of approximately R$ 900.00. I hope the hotel will rectify the situation and issue a refund immediately, as the lack of a solution and, especially, the absence of a response after contacting them significantly compromises my evaluation of the experience.

terrible service

The hotel has a great location, however, that's the only good thing about it. The rooms are very basic, as is the breakfast, which is awful.

Excellent hotel with very good service. 4-star superior, spacious rooms and a good breakfast.
