Hotel Terra do Sal

It was very good. From the reception to the room service, coffee, and cleaning. Everyone deserves praise.

Extremely disappointing experience. The breakfast is terrible and the staff demonstrates a lack of preparedness in their service. I didn't receive basic information during my stay, such as breakfast hours, the Wi-Fi password, and check-out time. Furthermore, the trash isn't collected daily and the establishment doesn't have an elevator. The room is reasonable, but the overall quality of the accommodation is far below the price charged per night. There were many guests and a deafening noise from the early morning hours, without any intervention from the staff to resolve the problem. Another very unpleasant point was the charge for late check-out. I acknowledge that I should have checked this information in the booking conditions on Booking.com, but I wasn't informed by reception during check-in and mistakenly assumed the time would be 2 PM, as is the case in many establishments. Even so, they tried to charge the full daily rate for only two hours of delay, which I consider disproportionate. In short, there is a lack of organization, communication, comfort, and quality in the service. The cost-benefit ratio is terrible and the experience was very frustrating. I do not recommend it.
