Vitória Palace Hotel

Nice hotel, but it needs some improvements. I think the daily rate is high for what it offers.

There are parking lots that improve over time, but I can't say the same for this place. From the receptionist's rude service to the room service, cleanliness, dirty room, and hallways, I was ripped off. Breakfast was disappointing; there was no fruit, the only bread available was sliced bread, it was 8:00 AM and there was no coffee available, a clear bottle of water that they said was milk, and only one machine that was visibly malfunctioning. I asked for coffee and they said it was only available at reception and cost 7 reais extra. It was the worst 300 reais I've ever spent, a terrible experience, I don't recommend it.

The service at reception was poor; they put me in a room full of dampness and mold. They weren't even careful enough to check beforehand. Only after complaining did they move me to another room. The breakfast was a positive point.
