Out On Screen

Out On Screen is the Vancouver non-profit that produces the Vancouver Queer Film Festival, held each year since the late 1980s and one of the largest queer film festivals in Canada. Screenings of Canadian and international LGBTQ+ films take place at downtown cinemas over about ten days in late summer. The organisation also runs Out In Schools, which brings queer and trans films and discussions into British Columbia classrooms. It has no venue of its own, so festival dates, tickets and locations are on outonscreen.com.
