La Burla Bee

Payed $64 to watch a burlesque show for me and a friend. We were crammed in our seats and we are tiny people. So I feel bad for the larger crowed. I also watched a lady have to lean forward just to see around a pillar to see the show. Let’s tables and chairs so people sit more comfortably

My wife and I wanted to go out for dinner, something Italian. Google maps suggested La Burla Bee. We got there and was directed to the karaoke room. An extremely loud place. There were no printed menus; we had to use our phones to scan a QR code to go to a website where we were prompted to create an account. Never had to jump through hoops like that just to look at a menu. We ordered dinner and drinks. We finished the drinks and ordered another round, and kept waiting. After almost an hour we gave up waiting, canceled the food order and asked for the tab. It came to over $70. We said wait, we never got the food. Turns out it was over $70 just for four drinks. We were hungry, annoyed at having so much of our time wasted, and then get hit with that.

Even though my friend and I were the only ones, we had so much fun! The bartender was so sweet and funny! 10/10 reccomend this place!

Didn’t order any food just came for entertainment and it didn’t disappoint, very cool place.

Super dope venue for goth nights. Really cool set up, rad humans working there, and local artists featured vending their homemade stuff of awesome quality. Leather, jewelry, clothing. They also have performers who were awesome, fun to watch, and upon speaking with one of the dancers, also cool people. Definitely worth checking out 🖤

WHAT A BLAST!! GREAT SHOW, FANTASTIC FOOD, HOT, SCANTILY CLAD STAFF AND WAITRESSES! WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?! Nothing, that's what. Dancing on multiple fkoors after live show as well. Had a great time two weekends in a row. Heck, maybe I'll make it THREE!! Check back in on Monday with me :)

Shoutout bouncer Eric for protecting my girls and I tonight. What a man!

Eric, the security guard was phenomenal at making us feel safe. There was some crazy folks hanging around out side but with the great security team We felt protected! Highly recommend the vibe and community at La Burla Bee!!

As a person who used to attend goth night at this venue I'm highly disappointed in the direction that it has gone it feels very overproduced and it doesn't feel like there's inclusion for vendors anymore especially when queer vendors are getting ostracized I just wish this was more of a safe space and more focused on community then business
