Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown

It works be a 5 stars, not you seriously need to train your people on his to set up 2 credit cards for room and incidentals. And when your guest says I want food credit, don't leave me on points. I lost 15 minutes this morning getting it fixed. But Chris was great this morning.

This place is great! The only thing that is a little inconvenient is that there is a parking garage that doesn't have direct access into the building. You have to park there and then walk down the ramp to get inside. Other than that, the rooms are great, the hotel bar/resturant is great and the service is amazing! Definitely will return.

Great location and service. Courteous and accommodating staff. Rooftop lounge is nice but access feels a little restricted. No room service but great paid breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very nice and clean hotel. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to foid and varsity in the area.

Great place to stay, this my go to never had a bad experience. Great location downtown and plenty of awesome restaurants with plenty of bars around and more.

Not a 4 star. More like a 2.5 star. Panhandlers just outside the front entrance. Parking is half a block down the street. Drapes do not close so noise and light come through. Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

everyone we spoke to was super nice and helpful, especially Ryan. we requested to switch rooms after the first night because we were on the top floor and the wind must've been blowing hard enough that things were moving on the roof - we kept hearing metal on metal scraping all night. Ryan took note of it for maintenance to investigate and quickly gave us a new room. everything was clean and the views were great!

This hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in downtown COS. I like that you have to use your key card to get to your floor and the dining options are also great. Everything is so close and within walking distance to a trail nearby (don't go at night). The only hangup I have is the garage parking. It is tight and opens up risk of your car getting door dinged by accident. It is not an ideal parking area to maneuver as it's very small and tight. The ground level parking was not ideal and the roof parking was even less ideal trying to make a tight left or right depending on how you access. Everything was great, except for parking.
