Spa Suite: Not as pictured in the 3D walkthrough, tub isn’t in a separate room. The room was pretty clean, but the furniture was very old and run down. The mattress was extremely worn and misshapen. On the plus side, there were robes, slippers, and lots of towels.

This casino is super clean staff and housekeeping are fantastic beds Comfortable rooms are specious and clean great prices kid friendly I stay here and don’t have kids lol its way better than the one in Vegas

So apparently the staff at circus Circus hotel n Reno NV will allow anyone to use an extended stay or check in on someone else's credit card if they know that person and if your credit card is on file. Please beware. The hotel staff did not contact me. They told our party to tell me and tell them that you can pay them back the charges. Not acceptable. Please beware. The management did not do anything to the staff that did this.

Very large people friendly place. I have enjoyed my stay so far.... No complaints...

I will never ever book with Circus Circus ever again. There is no signage for the Circus Circus unless you’re paying attention and then once you do see it there’s no signage for valet only hotel registration and then once you get in there, there’s no signage for valet or limited hours to valet and the belt desk. People don’t seem very enthused about their jobs and DID NOT greet guest as they came in. The front desk person never introduced herself but did ask if i wanted to speak with a supervisor (which was unreachable). The Discounts/perks for the group I am with are a joke as Southpoint in Las Vegas does better and treats us better. The start of every stay is gold and i would say Circus Circus failed on the start of this stay and hope they learn from it.

I haven't been to any casino for quite some time, so I guess I was surprised to see how updated the Circus Circus was. Family friendly options & excellent restaurants. Free parking in the garage. The employees we interacted with were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend!
