Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown St. Paul

Absolutely awful experience. They only offer valet which I was hesitant about to begin with. Then I get my brand new vehicle back (less than 5,000 miles on it) to see they smacked a curb and are saying they didn't do it....SMFH tryna say to me did you let your girlfriend drive and not notice. I'm a trucker by trade and do a pre drive inspection on every car, never seen this damage until I received my car back. Stay at a different hotel unless you want your stuff damaged

So i got myself locked out of my apartment after work and this super nice lady Panda helped me book my room and offered me water since ive been out for a while. Please give my girly pop a raise, she really made my day i swear she was so nice 😭🙏

Ten a good location, right downtown. Close to everything, the only thing is, is there's a lot of construction out front right now. So you kind of have to circle the block to get in front of the motel. And it's valet parking only, so be prepared to pay for valet parking.

Awesome rooms, breakfast, and service in the perfect location!

Phenomenal hotel. Super clean, friendly staff. Rooms are excellent. Staff definitely cares about taking care of this place.

First time in St Paul and my experience was excellent! Clean rooms and great service! I do have to give a big shout out to Chanell she was a sweet heart and very accommodating!

This is my home away from home when I am in town for work! The staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are very comfy. The only negative really is the price of parking, but it is valet and secured so that balances it out.

Three stars only because I forgot two dresses . There are cameras everywhere and yet they only had one dress. They are mailing my green dress but they cannot find my other dress. So I have to eat 55.00 it was brand new. I don’t think they thought I would inquire.

Comfortable stay. Convenient location in St. Paul within walking distance to Harriet Island, cafes/restaurants , and landmarks. Service was top notch - friendly & greeted us regularly. Enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean. Front desk staff have all been great and accommodating. Valet is nice. Location was perfect for our trip as everything was in walking distance.

When hotel was prepaid they hold per day incidental charge. Room looks very old dull. It says smart TV but no apps work.
