Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown

Not giving standard holiday inn the older woman at the front desk who checked me in was rude , the room looked like a cheap studio 8 type of room I won't stay at this one again maids also came in my room twice while I was sleeping

Always stay here for Xcel/Grand Casino arena events. Good staff, rooms and easy parking. Being connected to Wild Bills is a huge bonus. Allways a good idea to bring earplugs if you want to sleep in.

The hotel was clean. The water pressure in our room sink was almost nonexistent. Blackout curtains would not close all the way and needed replacement. The location is great. The location is what makes the hotel. I would stay again for an event in the area.

This hotel was so tall and amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Really wonderful service, onsight bar/grill, great location downtown, and right next to a bus stop. I was able to get from the airport to hotel and back for $4, and in a similar time than an Uber for 20x the cost. This hotel feels older inside and could use some updates, but otherwise I would give it 5 stars across the board. The value was excellent, and the beds were comfy. I would absolutely stay here again for a 1-2 night stay.

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. We made our reservation yesterday, September 8, for September 9, and the hotel offered us airport pickup. We waited at the airport for almost an hour, but the shuttle never showed up. What made the situation even worse was the way we were treated when we contacted the front desk. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, the staff member was rude and disrespectful. After traveling and waiting at the airport for a shuttle that was promised to us, the last thing we expected was to be treated this way. If a hotel offers airport transportation, guests should be able to rely on that service—or at the very least receive respectful and professional assistance when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, our experience was neither reliable nor professional.
