I booked a 90 sq m Marrakech suite. The room I was given was only 20 sq m! The "suite" hasn't been available for rent for two or three years!! (Booked through Agoda). And upon departure, I was asked to pay for extras I hadn't taken... (Probably a room mix-up...). Otherwise, the renovated room was quite decent.

🚨 HOTEL TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS — A SCANDALOUS AND DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE 🚨 I have never had such a disastrous experience. This establishment is, by far, one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Everything that could go wrong happened, to the point that this stay became a true nightmare. The rooms are in a deplorable state: poor insulation, questionable cleanliness, and bedbugs. I personally suffered bites all over my body, accompanied by incessant itching and sleepless nights. Sleeping in this hotel is an ordeal and represents an unacceptable risk for guests. Respect for privacy is nonexistent. Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff members entered our room without knocking or asking permission. We were also subjected to extremely persistent and particularly unsettling behavior. We had neither peace nor a sense of security. Breakfast was simply revolting. Some items had a suspicious and nauseating odor. It was impossible to eat in such conditions. This is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to welcome travelers. From 6:00 a.m. onwards, it was impossible to sleep due to the construction work: hammers, drills, and incessant noise. There was no respect for guests' rest, no consideration for their comfort. The reception staff is appallingly incompetent. The organization is chaotic, problems are ignored, and some members of the evening staff seemed completely overwhelmed. At no point did we feel taken seriously. The bar on the top floor was another source of unpleasant surprises. The atmosphere was disagreeable, and some of the tipping practices made us extremely uncomfortable. The most shocking moment of our stay was the completely inappropriate behavior of a chambermaid who showed us work-related injuries in the hope of getting money. A deeply disturbing and utterly surreal scene, one we never imagined experiencing in a hotel. Finally, the photos circulating online bear absolutely no resemblance to reality. Everything looks better online, but once you arrive, it's a complete disappointment. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. Between the unsanitary conditions, the disturbances, the invasion of privacy, the inappropriate behavior, and the blatant lack of professionalism, this stay was a disaster from beginning to end. I deeply regret ever having stayed there and I wouldn't wish such an experience on anyone.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and the service quality was extremely poor. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they treated us with disrespect and indifference. The room itself was terrible and in very bad condition. The bathroom was not properly clean, and one of the biggest problems was the lack of privacy. Our window directly overlooked another room. If someone stood near their window, they could easily see me in the bathroom because there were no proper curtains. It made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Another serious issue was the water supply. The water kept running out around 10:45 AM, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast was also very disappointing — dry, poor quality, and honestly not worth it at all. Overall, this hotel was a complete waste of money. There are many cheaper hotels or hotels at the same price with much better service, cleaner rooms, proper privacy, and a more respectful staff. I would not recommend staying here. EVEN IF IT IS FREE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT. Save your money for a better hotel.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The service was extremely disappointing, especially from the two ladies at the reception who were very rude and unprofessional. The way we were treated was unacceptable and far from how clients should be treated. As Moroccan guests and because we were in a hurry, we were first given a terrible room that honestly looked unusable. The room smelled strongly of humidity and mold, the walls had dark damp spots everywhere, and the overall condition was awful. It felt more like a storage room than a hotel room. When we asked to change the room, the staff first refused. Later, after insisting, they moved us to another room, but that one was also unacceptable: it was full of ants and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The entire experience was stressful and disappointing, and on top of that, they refused to give us a refund or allow us to leave without problems. I would not recommend this hotel at all due to the poor service, bad room conditions, and lack of professionalism. Actually, giving you a ONE STAR is too much for you to give.
