Words cannot express my gratitude for my experience at this hotel, from the restaurant service to the reservations. The hygiene and quality are unparalleled, the staff are always smiling, and the decor is exceptional. Thank you to the men and women behind this work.

A very good place

I am very happy and completely satisfied with this wonderful experience at this hotel. I stayed in rooms in zones 200, 500, and 700, and everything was truly fantastic. The housekeeping was impeccable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and warm welcome.

I don't understand why this hotel has four stars. I also don't know how people who stay there for a long time manage to put up with it. I only spent one night there, and I couldn't stand it. I arrived late at night and had called them in the morning to let them know I would be late. But the woman who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and spoke to me rudely. Yes, the room was clean, but the smell was far too strong and unbearable, to the point of making me nauseous. The man at reception wasn't helpful, and like in many hotels, they always say "we don't have change" to avoid giving change or getting a tip. At night, there was an enormous amount of noise. Since my room was on the ground floor, I could hear people talking right outside my window. The lobby reeked of cigarettes, and the people at the bar and restaurant were incredibly noisy. And another thing: the bed was so small that my legs hung off the end, even though I'm not very tall. Frankly, I don't recommend this hotel.

Awful, awful, awful. The restaurant opens onto the bar area where people are having a blast with prostitutes. The worst part is having to walk past these drunken thugs by the pool to get to your room, on top of having to endure their shouting, bickering, and peals of laughter that are deafening from inside the rooms. Not to mention the warped wooden floor around the pool that we tripped over several times. And the rooms? Our group was supposed to have suites, but the heating didn't work, the blankets were too thin even though it was winter (November 2025), and the TV in the room didn't work either. And that's not even mentioning the mediocre food. The menu was too limited, and most of the few items on it weren't even available. Plus, the glasses and cutlery on the table didn't even match. A dirty glass? I complain, and the young waiter dunks it in water and brings it back, still dirty and wet, of course. Breakfast is another story. It's laid out in such large quantities as if to serve only two or three people. The waitress is the same one who makes the omelets and has to take your empty glass if you want more tea. In short, mediocre service, mediocre facilities, mediocre food, mediocre rooms. The only positive point is the poor, kind staff, but there's nothing they can do about it.
