Amazing!

Business Function. Hospitality amazing.

We had a wonderful day at the spa, and I cannot express in words how well I was treated on my birthday. The entire spa experience was exceptional, and I felt truly pampered and cared for. After our treatments, we went to the Terrace Restaurant accompanied by our spa hostess. She introduced us to the manager, Rafael, and specifically mentioned that it was my birthday. Rafael said he would take care of us and assigned a staff member to our table. Unfortunately, despite knowing it was my birthday, there was no special acknowledgment—not even a small complimentary drink or in dessert. Even many modest restaurants offer a simple gesture to help celebrate such an occasion. This was disappointing and, sadly, the only negative moment of what was otherwise a beautiful and memorable birthday celebration.

Went to a masterclass at one of the meeting rooms with lunch served. Food was spectacular! Chef made a special vegan meal for me, cauliflower steak served on a potatoe puree. The meat steak looked awesome.

I spent my birthday at the Saxon Spa last Friday and must say although initially there were booking issues my day at the spa was beautiful they made up for it.. That yellow fin tuna was amazing, I walked feeling pampered.. We then moved to gluten free Afternoon tea, I don't believe it is value for money considering the sizes in comparison to the normal tea, the menu was written chicken skewer with mustard and apply slaw was left out.. The lone flat scone on top with more fillings that were a waste.. the serving are tiny, the macarron and the cheesecake bites.. And being served by someone who kept on poking and sure about the contents of my high tea, truly disappoint

Amazing Boutique Hotel in plush Sandton area. I've been here a few times for conferences. The service is awesome. From the time you enter the boom gates you are greeted with friendly service. Very modern and luxurious conference areas. The gourmet food is always up to very high standards. Conference facilities are really good and the team is readily on hand to deal with any technical issues that arise and these are resolved very efficiently. Always impressed with overall service here
