Why am I constantly getting spam calls from "Home Choice"?? Every single day for months on end.. Can your computer robot calls please STOP!!!!!

My blanket is super-snuggly and top quality, love it! Saadiqah from Promenade made my purchase so easy.
We did a cash Purchase of R7099.00 for the Sonia 21 pc bedset. They delivered the wrong color comforter and did not deliver the gown that supposed to come with set. Trying to get hold of anyone is a huge issue and the self help whats app does not assist at all, the self help agent says we must send them an affidavit, why must we do an affidavit if they delivered the wrong color. Why can't they just deliver the right color and gown and at the same time collect the wrong item. Now we are being told that they delivered the wrong order to us and that they do not do exchanges, they will send some one to collect the order and will refund into and account where we can re-order if we want. I dont have an account I paid with my card. Cash paying client. How are you still able to do business like this. I will be reporting this to the Consumers good and services ambidsmam as we are now out of pocket and are at risk of not getting our money back never mind the occurred interest.
Worst Delivery System ever. This will be my last order ever with this place, no customer service, still awaiting delivery.
Its been almost one month since I made a payment via pay just now for blankets I had ordered for my mom. I have not received those blankets and Homechoice claims they haven't received my payment. The customer care for this company is horrible, via email and their call center. They have no interest in resolving anything. All they'll do is gaslight you. They don't even deserve 1 star. I don't recommend them at all.
