Healthy Choice

I placed a cash order online for collection at a nearby hub for convenience, as I needed the items urgently. However, I received the wrong order. I have made several attempts to contact HomeChoice and through the returns process by phone, but have not received any assistance. This lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. Please advise urgently on how this matter will be resolved. I require either a prompt replacement of the correct items or a full refund, and collection of the incorrect order at your cost. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this issue.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was pressured into making a manual payment yesterday because a representative repeatedly contacted me and would not stop calling. Despite this, the payment was deducted again today, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I am being charged more than the amount that was originally agreed upon. This reflects poor communication, lack of control over billing processes, and highly unprofessional conduct. I have lost confidence in this service and would not recommend it to anyone unless serious improvements are made in customer handling and payment accuracy.

I ordered bedding from Homechoice online. I put in the address where the order must be delivered. Yet, they couriered it to the address where I stayed 20 years ago. When I told them they have the wrong address for delivery, they told me to send a bank statement and a letter of the ward counciller 🫣 I order quite a lot online and never have this problem with any other company. Why do you need a delivery address online if you going to send it any how to the incorrect address

Poor quality product, bought a cooking pot set, looks very nice from the outside untill you use them mxm so freaking mad for this purchase, please work on your the supply of quality product

Bought an extracted for stove price 1300..I think. Pay 288 over 16 months isn't that ridecoulus.... Will never buy any thing there
