Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad

Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad stands on Ashram Road in Usmanpura, a short walk from the Sabarmati Riverfront and a few minutes by car from Sabarmati Ashram. Venue listings give 269 rooms on 11 floors, built in 2015 and renovated in 2023. It's the most central of the big chain hotels: the old city is just across the river, and the airport is closer than from the SG Highway hotels. Don't confuse it with Hyatt Ahmedabad, a separate hotel in Vastrapur. Mainstream hotel, not a gay venue.
