Excellent adults-only hotel with excellent service

We arrived at the spa day, the only day off in the last six months, to celebrate the birthday of a friend who is already on a permanent basis and has no time to go out for anything. It was crazy There is no room at all in the pool area and everything is crowded. And of course how can we not do without some fun and refreshing drink or cocktail. There was a bartender with no previous experience on his first day of working in service with people, he didn't know any language and didn't even know anything about the world of alcohol. As someone who has great knowledge in the world of cocktails, I helped him at least make something similar to a cocktail, not to mention the fact that people only asked for a bottle of Coke and he didn't even know where it was, how much it cost, or how to serve a drink to another person.

I had a great experience at Hotel Indigo! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the level of service. The staff was courteous, professional and available for any question or request, and always with a smile. I felt like they really cared about the guest's hospitality experience. Thank you for the great service and pleasant stay, I would definitely love to come back :)

The atmosphere in the place is pleasant, calm and very well-groomed - perfect to disconnect and relax. The level of service was very high, with attention to detail and a sense of real investment from the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and relaxing spa experience. I will definitely be back to enjoy the service again.
