About this place Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv - Diamond District by IHG

Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv – Diamond District is an IHG hotel on Aholiav Street, in Ramat Gan's Diamond Exchange district despite the Tel Aviv name. It has a restaurant, a spa and a rooftop pool, and Google reviewers give it 4.2 from about 1,200 reviews. Abba Hillel station on the Red Line is a short walk away, and Tel Aviv's Arlozorov station is one stop west, which makes it one of the easier Ramat Gan bases for nights out in Tel Aviv. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue. Ramat Gan has no gay bar of its own; Tel Aviv's bars are a short light-rail or taxi ride west.

Really nice staff. Particularly Arthur the breakfast manager and the cleaning ladies, always helpful and really polite aiming to fulfill any request. Beds are excellent but for business travellers we would appreciate bigger tables and some more lights in the bathrooms. The breakfast is magnificent with high quality food and good elaboration. Overall service as it used to be.

We only visited the spa, The service was courteous and professional, The ladies were professional and attentive. Lacking: No parking and no parking arrangements. I parked in a parking lot about 800 meters away and walked to the spa and I also paid 100 NIS for 4 hours. The pool is also very small!!! And we shortened our stay there...

I would like to especially thank Arthur from the hotel’s dining room for his excellent service and personal attention. This is my second time coming for breakfast, and each time I am welcomed with a smile, kindness, and a warm atmosphere. Arthur is professional, respectful, and it is clear that he truly cares about providing great service. He is attentive to guests, makes sure everyone is taken care of, and is constantly moving around to ensure everyone has what they need. His service definitely makes me want to come back again.
