We arrived on a fun day and received a breakfast + pool gift It's just a shame that the lifeguard didn't wake up in time and we had to wait outside the water. All the furniture around the pool smelled of cat urine. There was no water to be found and the bar wasn't open.. And why are there no showers? There is one shower without a lock.. The breakfast was very nice and satisfying, the pool itself is cute but hard to get into
We came to celebrate a happy event and the choice of this place was simply perfect. The staff's attitude was warm from the first moment and they did everything to make us happy. The treatment complex and spa provided us with the peace of mind and relaxation we needed. The masseurs are professional and the service at the spa reception was attentive and caring.
We visited the hotel for the spa and breakfast, so I won't comment on the rooms or an extended stay. The hotel is in a great location, from here you can walk to any Tel Aviv tourist site. The hotel is very nicely decorated, offers a convenient underground parking lot. The reception staff and delivery staff are pleasant and helpful. We arrived for breakfast at 9:00 on a Friday. This is definitely not the best breakfast in the area, a relatively limited menu, no omelets made to order, no expected variety of yogurts or dairy products... Since there are no self-service coffee machines, all coffee orders are routed to one barista, and this makes the breakfast experience a battle for coffee. Dozens of diners facing one barista is terrible. The average time to get coffee is 20 minutes. Definitely, installing machines that grind beans on a self-order basis would solve the situation. The dining room is designed in such a way that the acoustics are terrible. Concrete ceiling amplifies sounds, and the noise at breakfast was unbearable. Not quiet or peaceful at all.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms, the service and the breakfast, the location is great, in the heart of Rothschild, full of restaurants, bars and a Tel Aviv atmosphere, the room we got was spacious, clean and tidy, paid parking under the hotel, Israeli breakfast, everything is there, fast room service, we called to ask for a towel, they arrived within minutes, we will definitely be back, we enjoyed it very much
They are hungry for me ! charge for every small things, refused to full refund me the booking that was made by them on mistake.
Really great service, great location. Rooms a bit tired with outdated equipment.
