There was a lot of noise at night from a party on the roof, to the point where it was impossible to sleep. Reasonable rooms. Overall good location! I don't plan on going back there.

A shocking experience by any standard. Extremely neglected hotel, small and cramped pool, the pool bar only opened at 12 after enormous pressure from our side. As those who came to receive a spa package and enjoy the pool, we didn't even have a place to buy a drink... A very old hotel, service below all criticism. The massage itself was also not good, they didn't turn on the air conditioner in the massage room, there was barely any music until the masseuse turned on her cell phone with lots of pop-up ads in the middle. The massage was caresses and not massage. All of this in a nutshell, of course we won't be back.

We arrived for one night on the weekend. Overall a reasonable level, but a bit below expectations. We couldn't even get close to the pool. It was packed, people on top of each other. The room was a junior suite. Very spacious, but all sorts of small falls (how come there's no full-body mirror?). Personally, we didn't connect with the concept of "no ceiling". Because we were celebrating a birthday, we were told we would receive a surprise in the room, but in reality we didn't receive anything. Check-in took much longer than we usually do. We didn't receive any sheet with the hours of the dining room, gym, pool, etc. In general, we felt that the reception was not that involved. The dining room is nice, despite the not-so-amazing location. We had a Shabbat breakfast that was quite minimalistic, but everything we ate was delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for a night due to a flight cancellation. Boris and Alona, ​​the amazing ones, welcomed us at the reception. Then the amazing manager Anat arrived and organized meals. Then the waiter was the amazing Abdul. He provided service. Everything we asked for came. Highly recommended. Clean and beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing personal. Highly recommended.
