The place was closed when we got there, and there was no answer on any of the phones listed. The only response was from the whatsapp bot that wrote that the hotel is not active anymore. We could have at least got a notification so we could order a different hotel in advance.

Again, there is no response even after registering the audit, there is no response, they promise to return to customers and do not return. I have a voucher to redeem for a significant amount that I will probably never be able to redeem, of course I am going to deal with a lawyer to receive all my money immediately.

A charming hotel, and truly within touching distance of a full four stars. The overall experience was enjoyable and even exceeded expectations, mainly thanks to the excellent location and the very significant initial investment in the hotel. From the first moment you can see that this is a place that was established with a lot of thought, good taste and high ambition. In terms of visibility, design and general potential, the hotel certainly does not shame a first-class boutique hotel even on an international level, and this is certainly noticeable. But alongside all this, there is a significant gap between the impressive investment in the initial establishment and the actual ongoing operation. This is exactly where the problem begins. It is noticeable that there is a lack of knowledge, a lack of touch, and a lack of a deeper understanding of the essence of service, of the character required of such a place, and of the direct impact that every small detail has on the overall hospitality experience. There are quite a few small points that seem marginal at first glance, but in reality they create a feeling of inadequacy for the class that the place seeks to convey. For example, olives that are too simple at breakfast, the lack of proper bread other than white bread, substitute and non-original coffee capsules in the room, and other small details of this kind that harm the precision and quality that this place is supposed to provide. There is an excellent foundation here and real potential, but to reach the level that the hotel is capable of, a substantial upgrade is required in the level of operation, service, and daily care.

The hotel is stunning, clean, beautiful, in an excellent location. Great breakfast. The bed is really comfortable and big. Just remember that the hotel is on Rothschild so it's quiet at night... The main criticism I have and it's a shame because it spoiled the experience is the service - on the one hand the staff is very smiling and pleasant, but there's something stingy and even nagging - we asked the clerk if we could check in early, and she said no. We arrived earlier and it turns out that it was possible. Regarding the parking - they told us there was no parking space before 2, we arrived at 1 and the parking lot was empty and there was space - why just say there was no parking? When we left we asked if we could leave the car in the parking lot, they told us only until 12:00 because the parking lot was filling up... As a matter of fact, we only arrived at 1 to take the car out of the parking lot and of course there was plenty of parking. Why just say no to guests when you can come to meet them? When we arrived, we were told that we had to say what time we wanted breakfast because there was a rush at breakfast, and then in the morning, even though we could have gotten up later, we got up to arrive on time and oops - of course there was no rush. If any of the managers are reading this review - it's so easy to handle!!! Instruct the hotel staff to be polite, to be generous and not just say no to comply with all sorts of retarded rules!
