It wouldn't be a bad place if it weren't for those school kids constantly opening and closing their suitcases and talking loudly like idiots; but if you're bothered by noise, it's pure torture.

There were no problems staying there; the location is convenient, and you can check in and out independently. There's a water heater for instant noodles and a microwave available. A refrigerator is also provided to keep food chilled. There's no room-temperature drinking water on-site, but there's a drugstore nearby, so I recommend getting a large bottle. I was lucky when I arrived; my roommates were quiet, and I slept well. The laundry facilities are limited, with only two washing machines and two dryers. If someone washes or dries their clothes but doesn't come to pick them up, there's nothing you can do; the staff said you'll just have to wait. I suggest going to a coin-operated laundromat outside; it's faster and more convenient.

Great location, everything one needs for a weekend. Coed sleeping area, each bunk has its own privacy blackout curtain. Locks with individual code. Coin laundry if needed. Showers , heated toilets with heated bidet.

I stayed here for three nights during my solo trip to Tokyo. The location is in a prime area, with convenience stores and Ichiran Ramen nearby – the neighborhood is incredibly convenient! The bed wasn't very clean; there was hair and dried contact lenses left by other guests. The room was a bit stuffy. Overall, it was great value for money and I highly recommend it for solo travelers. It's a good option for a short one or two-night stay.

It was well cleaned. Most of the guests were inbound tourists, but it's close to the station and inexpensive, so it's fine if you just want to sleep. Check-in and check-out are done using tablets installed near the entrance. Each entrance also has a PIN code, so be careful not to take a photo of the PIN code displayed on the tablet when you check in, as you will be able to exit through the entrance but not be able to enter.

Very convenient location. 15min of walk to Busta Shinjuku to take highway bus to Kawaguchiko station. Also very near to take Bus Limousine to Narita airport from Klook. Depart from Shinjuku West exit, less walking compare to Busta Shinjuku.

11-13 Dec 2025/2 nights I arrived in the afternoon but the receptionist was not there, so self check-in. At first it was a bit confusing but luckily it went smoothly. When I got inside, the facilities were very complete, I was really lucky to get a stay here. The location is definitely strategic, the price is also not expensive. Capsule type room with locker facility, spacious and clean, also provided 2 towels and given toothbrush & earplugs. There are many bathrooms & toilets with complete facilities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, tissue). There is also a washing machine (for payment). Hotel slippers are provided so the room remains clean. There is a shared refrigerator & tables in front of the reception. A pleasant stay experience, especially this is in Shinjuku!

Everything’s perfect. Recommended for travelers.
