Convenient location, great service. Super tired from a business trip to Tokyo, so I tried Qingya Pavilion's in-room service. The girl came directly to the room, no strange charges, super attentive service, perfect privacy, and even though I don't understand Japanese, it went smoothly. I went straight to sleep afterward. The concept is great and they have good books, but the cleanliness is only about a 60 out of 100. Also, there's a female staff member who's surprisingly unfriendly. The other staff members were kind. As a book lover, I'm satisfied! If you're a book lover and can overlook a few other things, I recommend it!

The place is nice but there was no usb for charging my phone and there was noisy family in the morning, the staff just told them once to be quiet and did anything. I couldnt rest. The breakfast was very small.

This capsule hotel... The female staff's customer service was so terrible that it made me extremely uncomfortable. When I told her I wanted to check in, she silently threw the personal information form and pen onto the table. That's where the nightmare began. The list goes on and on, but... And it wasn't just one woman; at different times, another woman was at the front desk, and she also provided equally terrible service. I question the quality of the management and the company for not being able to discern this and not knowing how to put the right people in the right places. Bed making is done by the guests themselves. It's like a youth nature center. (laughs) The partition between beds is just a single sheet of plywood, and the opening is only a curtain. There are no locks. Suitcases are stored under the bed (just an empty space) and are shared. I slept on the upper bunk this time, and as other reviews have mentioned, you can definitely hear the floor noise from the floor above... Also, the air conditioning didn't work in the bed area, and it was very hot. 【Summary】 In short, the customer service was terrible, and the only selling point seems to be its convenient access and location. Regarding the books, they seem to be there for display purposes and not really a selling point. No one was reading a book on the day I stayed... I initially visited with significantly lowered expectations based on the reviews, but I was still exhausted. After being shown to my room with the worst possible service, I was greeted by a poorly cleaned room with grimy bedding and a lighter presumably left behind by a previous guest. After that, I started noticing things I wouldn't normally care about, such as a mysterious toothpaste corner (whether it was a forgotten item or an amenity) and a poorly fitted door. As someone who is not religious, I searched for God for the first time in my life. Perhaps if I had been subjected to religious proselytizing at this hotel... There are some good points. One is the quality of the guests. The guests were well-mannered, and the atmosphere was quiet. Therefore, you can hear noises from the upstairs floor. The employees don't wear name tags, and I felt that the management either doesn't understand customer service or has no intention of training them.
