A truly special bar in Kassel. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, more like a living room than a typical bar. You immediately feel relaxed and welcome. The staff was always very friendly during my visits, and the bar has a very open and LGBTQ+ feel. The cocktail selection is also good and offers plenty of variety. But what really makes the bar special is its unique character. During my visits, it was usually rather empty; sometimes we were the only guests. There was either meditative singing bowl music playing or complete silence. This might sound unusual, but it somehow perfectly suits the bar's charm. Certainly not your typical bar for a loud Saturday night, but definitely a unique gem in Kassel and therefore well worth a visit.
!!!ATTENTION!!!! Playing dice games is forbidden here; the bouncer enforces this rule. The ban comes directly from management. The atmosphere is nice, but it's no longer enjoyable here. Also, a half-liter of beer costs €6.20.
A relaxed atmosphere and fair prices. They also have draft light beer.
Very nice, cozy, and friendly people, BUT it has a very aggressive and racist owner having alcohol issues who randomly picks up a fight with people of color and ask them to leave the place. So better to be there when she is not there. The staff are great even a nice security person.
