Very nice spot for relaxing in Milan

I was there yesterday, Wednesday, June 10th, for my birthday. The setting is beautiful, well-maintained, and fragrant, and overall, the experience was relaxing. The spa and pools are excellent; I particularly enjoyed the cinema pool and the sauna tram, as well as the various Turkish baths and scented saunas. The location is easily accessible by public transport, although it suffers somewhat from the proximity of adjacent buildings, which detract from the atmosphere. However, I encountered several issues: too many people were admitted during shifts; there were several children behaving inappropriately, and guests often disturbed guests by taking photos, talking loudly, and playing music at full volume on their cell phones, thus diminishing the authentic relaxation. Another unpleasant aspect is that people often steal or mistakenly swap slippers and bathrobes; pockets in the bathrobes would be very helpful. Furthermore, the changing room locker was missing the little bag they usually leave at other QC Terme facilities. During our stay, there was a lack of silence due to the lack of staff supervision, especially in the relaxation rooms where guests rest. In the "Bosco delle Meraviglie" area, some people were disturbing us by playing loud cell phone music, while in the room with the waterbeds, the background music was too loud, making it difficult to sleep. Regarding amenities, I find the birthday gift repetitive for regular guests, who receive the same scrub every year. A facial cream or shampoo and conditioner would be more welcome. Finally, I suggest introducing a bar area with sandwiches or pizzas for a quick lunch, and providing a card with the spa manager's event schedule at check-in, which I was unable to attend due to unawareness. A very critical note regarding hygiene: near the hot tub jets, I experienced severe and immediate itching and irritation, which is why I urge you to urgently check the chlorination and cleanliness of the filters and pipes.

A great spa, but some things need to be checked. The showers were not working correctly, some were burning and some were ice cold, and no possibility to put it warm.. We struggled with our locker, one was certainly malfunctioning, even after getting help it was still not working (we lost 15 min trying to make it work..) Some cold pools or showers would be great as there are a lot of hot pools, saunas ect Overall it is nice, but not as great as expected

Very relaxing day at the spa. Booked in advance, arrived to a locker with robe and flip flops. Explored the variety of rooms, including space to lie down and rest/nap. The thunderstorm room was my favourite and would recommend the experience. We had the buffet lunch which had a wide variety of savoury and sweet choices along with hot and cold beverages.

I went on a weekday to avoid the crowds and relax, and it turned out to be a great choice. I really enjoyed the Thunderstorm Experience, a pool with giant screens on three walls, with water falling from the ceiling to simulate a thunderstorm. The woodland area is also gorgeous, a two-level open space where you can relax. There are also two outdoor pools and a tram transformed into a sauna. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful environment, but… everyone should be informed of the rules of conduct at the entrance, and the staff should make sure they understand. It's unacceptable that in the sauna or relaxation areas there are people scrolling TikTok at high volume as if nothing was happening, or that the Turkish bath showers are used for water fights, with accompanying shouting and noise. I'm shocked… €79 entry to Aquafan is too much.

Overall, our experience with friends was satisfactory, but unfortunately marred by several negative points that don't justify the prices charged. The location is beautiful, the facilities are lovely and well-maintained, and the buffet is high quality. However, several aspects significantly detracted from our experience: 1. A particularly long wait upon arrival. 2. A very disappointing welcome. The staff sorely lacked warmth and friendliness. We had booked for a friend's birthday, but she still had to pay for her entrance fee, without any explanation or consideration. The receptionist, named Antonella, was cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. From the very first minutes, she created an unpleasant atmosphere that damages the establishment's image. In a place dedicated to well-being, a welcoming atmosphere should be a priority. 3. Slippers and bathrobes were stolen during our visit, which was particularly unpleasant and created a feeling of insecurity. 4. The lack of proper changing rooms is inconvenient and surprising for an establishment of this caliber. 5. The lack of clear signage makes navigation difficult. We even discovered afterward that we had missed some rooms due to insufficient directions. 6. Many people spend their time taking photos and creating content for social media. For a place supposedly dedicated to peace, relaxation, and disconnecting, this is very disruptive. Phones should be banned or at the very least subject to stricter regulations to preserve the privacy and comfort of guests. In short, it's such a shame that such a beautiful establishment doesn't live up to expectations in terms of customer experience. With a warmer welcome, better organization, and greater respect for the wellness atmosphere of the place, this could become exceptional. For now, the value for money is unfortunately lacking.

It's an ideal place for a peaceful evening; however, having had the opportunity to visit the one in Chamonix, I found the one in Milan to be rather small, which can quickly become boring, and lacked clear signage.

A very beautiful place in terms of design, but also full of people. They don't limit the amount, even if you want to drink or eat, it's only at a certain time in a certain place. In short, I won't be back.

Overall, a great experience. Especially recommended for couples.
