The spa is really beautiful, I will definitely go back, but I won't pay the extra for lunch as it's too expensive given the food.

Heated pool. Beautiful place. Cozy. Calm. Simply calm. Recommend friends to be there in the evening.

An absolutely wonderful place! The garden is exactly as pictured, in fact, even more beautiful in person. Everything is meticulously maintained, very clean, and a pleasure to visit. We were lucky enough to visit in early June, when it wasn't too crowded, and that made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly peaceful oasis that we definitely recommend during a visit to Milan. 🌿✨🇮🇹

Let me start by saying: the facilities themselves are 11/10. It’s gorgeous. It’s incredible. The options and services are outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything was set up to maximize enjoyment and relaxation, in theory. The free evening aperitivo was a beautiful and welcome addition to what could have been a perfect day. My husband and I attended at 12:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon in the middle of June. Because it was recently my birthday, we were able to take advantage of their 2 for 1 entry, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 instead of fewer stars - it was €72 for both of us, and for the total price, we were able to look past the issues I list below. Overall, we left more relaxed than we arrived, which was the goal, but also pretty disappointed in the behaviour of some guests (and the lack of staff intervention) What I didn’t like, was that even thought there are signs to say minimise phone use and to speak quietly, was the groups of people talking loudly to each other in the saunas, indoor lounges, and quiet areas. And the worst part was the people treating it like an influencer free for all instead of a relaxing experience. People walking around with selfie sticks and video recorders just filming and taking pictures of everything - what are you thinking?! Do people not know how to just enjoy themselves, and let others do the same? Several times, people would open the doors to the saunas, wave their phone around recording the interior (while cold air came in), other guests obviously perturbed as I was, pose for a selfie in the open door way, and then leave. It’s tacky and obnoxious and really ruins the vibe. Even though there are signs at the entrance and the change rooms requesting minimal phone use, and even though staff walked by people fully filming every single moment, nothing was done to curb this behaviour of some guests. I understand it’s a social experience as well - I went with my husband and we quite enjoyed casual whispered conversation, especially in areas where it was more open and felt appropriate to have a chat, but speaking full volume amongst groups of friends inside a sauna that is clearly marked to expect quiet is unacceptable in a relaxing spa atmosphere. At other spas, there are more clearly marked signs requesting silence, and staff will walk by with a smile and gently request guests speak quieter. I myself did this, smiling and asking in a whisper tone “hi! Would you mind whispering?” and to their credit most people agreed, smiled back, and went back to talking much more quietly amongst themselves. More often than not, other guests would quietly thank me, indicating they too were bothered by the interruption to their peace. Guests shouldn’t have to do this - it should be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure all guests can maximise their time and enjoyment there. Some tips: don’t forget to book your aperitivo time spot. Lockers are a bit confusing, so read instructions carefully. Showers don’t have doors, but that’s Europe for you - be comfortable with nudity in the locker rooms. Skip the thunderstorm experience - or go check it out, but you’ll probably want to leave after a couple minutes, it is NOT relaxing. PLEASE take your sandals off and bring your towel to sit on when going into the dry saunas - it’s for hygiene and courtesy to other guests.
