It is with great pleasure that we announce the Workshop Touch as Power, with Ana Vaz and Lucas, in Porto, on December 5th, at 3:00 PM.
The workshop is ideal for the curious or beginners and is aimed at couples, focusing on sensual touch as an entry ramp to power exchange dynamics, who want to have it with greater awareness and responsibility, in an oriented and structured way.
The workshop does not require prior knowledge.
WORKSHOP
Touch as Power is a workshop dedicated to couples, lasting 3 hours (3 PM-6 PM), with a practical approach to negotiation, touch techniques and intentional massage, ending with aftercare and debriefing of the entire experience.
Structure:
1. Negotiation, Consent
How to communicate desires, set boundaries and create a foundation of trust before the experience.
2. Basic massage techniques (demonstration and guided practice)
Learning a simple sequence of sensual touch, through demonstration and guided practice.
3. Touch: For this edition, the person offering the massage takes on the role of the active/dominant person, while the person receiving explores a more receptive/submissive position. The goal is not to define these roles as fixed identities, but to consciously explore different qualities of power through touch.
4. Collective Aftercare and De-role-ing
Integration of the experience, emotional regulation and tools to consciously and safely end the dynamic.
