Parking for large van was difficult

Visited Oceanside hotel between 26.03.26-30.03.26 with my partner and honestly can't fault our stay at Oceanside. Staff were warm , welcoming and friendly. Our room on arrival was all ready to check in this was earlier than expected. Rooms fully equipped with hairdryer , heating , towels and toiletries. We found the room to be comfortable and cosy and really great value. Wes and Emma are absolutely brilliant hosts and really felt like we were valued as customers and not just a number. All the staff were friendly , wanting to engage in conversation and this didn't felt forced and genuinely felt natural. Breakfast was delicious I loved the pancakes and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast which was presented nicely and tasted so good. Emma thank you for your kindness and hospitality and upgrading our room for our last night. ( We decided to stay an extra night because we loved it so much here .) I would highly recommend to anybody visiting Cornwall to stay here. The bar and restaurant was cosy , chilled and had a warm friendly vibe and atmosphere. We felt the price of drinks and food reasonable during our stay. We very much look forward to returning in the near distant future.

A large group of us were looking for a place to eat at short notice and the Oceanside really delivered! Opened up the room they normally use for breakfast for 30 of us and were absolutely relaxed about the whole thing. Drinks were served and good food appeared quickly. The staff were wonderful and did the hotel proud. We had a lovely evening. Thank you!

Great Sunday roast, fabulous view, and if you can’t manage to eat it all they are happy to bag it up for leftovers on Monday! Parking is out the back through the pay and display carpark, so you end up right at the back of the hotel, less than a 30 second walk

We popped in here for Sunday lunch on a whim, the customer service was fantastic and the new referb looks great. The food was gorgeous and the portions were huge!! Also bonus points for being (very) dog friendly 🐾 Will definitely be back, thanks guys! 🌊

OMG! Had the biggest roast of my life, I was defeated my partner demolished everything. Two roasts could feed a family of 4. Customer service start to end flawless, staff so happy and genuinely want the custom. Highly recommend, like no I’m telling you - you have to visit this place if you’re in the area.

Recently stayed here for a weekend and I can see I’d definitely return. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast was brilliant. Lots of parking.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Room amazing and staff really friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Iah for all his help during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a mini break with breakfast and dinner included. This was excellent value for money. The hotel is harbour/ boardwalk theme which works well and creates a nice atmosphere. The fireplace and sofas are fabulous after a cold time by the sea. Breakfast was delicious and service was perfect. There was Christmas parties going on so they made the effort to place us the furthest from the events room. Location is spot on! The hotel is an old building, but it is kept spotlessly clean, we briefly see the kitchen through the door which was immaculately clean.

I definitely plan to come back to this hotel. Staff were so pleasant, even when busy. They do vegan options for breakfast, and have plant based milks as well. I did plan to go out more, but the restaurant/ bar area had a lovely atmosphere.
