A memorable stay at Casa Legado! Everything is magnificent. You truly feel at home thanks to the decor, the atmosphere, and all the extraordinary little touches.

We made a hotel reservation through Booking.com two days before check-in. By mistake, we booked a triple room and requested a change through Booking.com. We contacted the hotel directly to expedite the process. The day before check-in, at 9:30 am, we asked them to hold our reservation because our business meeting had been canceled due to circumstances beyond our control. The hotel refused, disregarding the fact that we booked through Booking.com, a platform where we had a very positive review. They said they were sorry, that they understood if we didn't return, and that it was our decision to book directly with them and bypass Booking.com's policies. Management believes it's better for them to keep the money than to treat a guest who might return in the future with consideration. We wanted to leave a review on Booking.com for this hotel so that others wouldn't have the same problem. We informed the hotel, and their response was: "Since you canceled your reservation on Booking.com, they won't let you leave a review." It's always better to keep a customer than to enforce a policy in situations of force majeure.

It takes a very long time to make a reservation via WhatsApp or contact someone at the hotel. The response time is slow.
