Went for a goth night

Berlin Club is extremely unsafe. The bouncers physically assault people. I saw them shove and drag someone by the neck down the stairs, even though that person didn’t provoke anything. One of the bouncers also yelled at my friend for trying to help a nearly unconscious girl, who was then taken from the bar by a random man she didn’t know, with no staff intervention. They will probably try to claim I’m lying, but go to this club yourself and watch the bouncers — you look at them the wrong way and they will verbally assault you and might even drag you out by the neck. They have serious attitude issues. Sure I under stand it’s to protect the integrity of the club and keep the safety, but when multiple people have complained in the past, it’s no longer a one time mistake but a competency issue with your bouncers. This club clearly does not care about patron safety. Do not go here — you risk harassment, assault, and dangerous situations

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The customer service is terrible, the bathrooms are filthy and no one cleans them. They have three bathrooms, and all three are disgusting. The music was awful; I was up all night because it was so terrible. I've never been to a place as bad as this. Don't waste your money there. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
