فندق La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charleston Riverview

I tried to give La Quinta Inn a second chance but I had to cancel due to being in the hospital and their customer service is horrible. It was a one night booking, and all I did was ask for a partial refund, not even the whole thing. It was only $118, and again, I didn't ask for all of it back, just 50-75% and I kept being given the runaround. That aside, for the price, it is in a very good location. Other than that, if you can afford it or find something equal or even a little more expensive, take that instead. If something happens, they will not take care of you.

This hotel has a motel next door. The rooms are dirty, broken down and disgusting. They over charge for dogs and parking. Don't stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable. Located conveniently off of 17 close to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

Hey I was on business trip. The hotel was nice, minor hiccup with microwave that the staff immediately took care of. This place has plenty of parking, there is a parking fee. Beautiful view near the doc and kind of hidden away. I'd go there for business again.

It was everything we needed and then some for a quick getaway!

Had to spend night here because of granddaughters surgery this morning and it was very clean and nice. Front desk guys was wonderful as well. I'll stay here again if I have to spend the night in Charleston again.

Room was incredibly dirty, grim on tables ect, sheets were stained, the bathroom sink suddenly backed up, and as I was checking out there was another customer complaining and getting a refund because of leftover condoms in his room that the cleaning staff missed.

Trash! I do NOT know how this place has 3 star reviews???? No one has spent a dime on this place in over 30 years! The place is falling apart! I guess LA Quinta doesn't ever do any quilts checks??? The bed was atheist 10 years old and bumppier than the curb you drive up in! The sheets and pillows also over 10 years old. The shampoo, lotion, and all that stuff is still the sample size that hotels are not allowed to do anymore! The place stinks even the elevator didn't work. Those are just a few things on top of my head you will not sleep in these rooms good luck. You are better off in your car!

The worst! Elevator didnt work, and the stairs are outside! they didn't charge me online but made me book online only to charge me more when I got there and charge for parking. I got the two queen room but they were not queen beds they are twins! The hotel is very dirty and nasty! I guess La Quinta really has gone hill that much. I will never got to a La Quinta again after coming here.

Absolutely disgusting stay at this La Quinta in Charleston. I honestly don’t even know how this hotel is allowed to operate in this condition. The room looked NOTHING like the photos online. The moment I walked in, it felt dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom light fixture was literally falling apart, and the mirror area had exposed, broken equipment hanging off the wall. The shower shelf dispensers looked cheap and dirty, and there was visible grime and buildup throughout the bathroom. The worst part? Rust and possible mold all around the metal edges and fixtures near the AC/fridge area. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in months. The office chair was completely torn up and peeling like something picked off the side of the road. Even the mini fridge felt disgusting and unsanitary. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my food in there at all. Overall the entire room gave “run down motel” instead of a hotel people actually pay good money to stay in. This place seriously needs renovations, deep cleaning, and better management. Charleston is beautiful — don’t ruin your trip staying here. I would NEVER book this location again.
