Room was dirty, floor in bathroom was not clean and old food found on bedframe by headboard. No exhaust fan in bathroom so towels never dried. Hallways were dirty, and the only ice machine that had ice at 10 am was on the 1st floor of this 4 story hotel. Staff was very nice but unable to tell us why our firestick would not work, telling us that they only have "regular tv." Staff was very nice.
Excellent stay with an excellent price!
This was probably the dirtiest and most unclean Hotel I have EVER stayed at. We had mold and mildew in the shower. There was an inch of dust on the wall and baseboards next to the bed and night stands. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in Months! There was a huge pile of trash that was left near the garbage can, just off the elevator, along with visible rat bait. Also, the TV didn’t work. This was Disgusting!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I have NEVER in my life had bed bugs in the hotel room I had been sleeping in and we found 3 as we were going to sleep!! The front desk told us “that’s not a bed bug” when a little knowledge and research tells you that it is. We decided to take our 19 hour road trip home early. ALSO the room was disgusting. There was hair all over the beds, boogers on the wall, and stains on the bedspreads. Absolutely atrocious. 0/10!! Seriously find anywhere else.
The staff was absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—right on the marina, close to downtown Charleston, and within walking distance of an outstanding restaurant on the waterfront. The biggest downside is that the hotel feels old and outdated. The property could really benefit from renovations and modern updates. With its incredible location and friendly staff, this hotel has so much potential to be a top-notch destination if it were refreshed and updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning because of the location and service, but the accommodations themselves could use some improvements.
0 complaints. Super easy
