Asians and Friends Chicago will be combining its traditional Halloween Party with Chicago’s Northalsted Halloween Parade. The party will be Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Lucky Horseshoe Lounge, 3169 N. Halsted in Chicago. It’ll be just before the annual Halsted Street parade, where folks in the group will either be marching or watching along the parade route.
