I was having a really bad day yesterday. I arrived to the hotel really tired with my two children after having driven over 7 hours. Tanieka, at the front desk, having learned about the horrid day I had had, rolled out the red carpet for us. She was so sweet and warm, ordered our room extra beddings, helped me with parking and getting situated. I have stayed at many hotels but I have never felt so warm as i have felt at this hotel. I was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were being renovated and the bar was closed, but so happy to be staying here. The staff are impeccable and so welcoming. I will definitely be coming back with my family to a hotel that makes you feel like family. Special thanks again to sweet angel, Tanieka! ❤️
A fantastic property and easily the nicest Hilton Garden Inn that I have had the pleasure of staying at. The front desk staff is phenomenal. Incredible kitchen team too. I will be back.
I must say it was a delightful place to stay, The young lady with the braids in her hair or should I say locks has great customer Service very professional the young lady that was at the desk I believe her name is Stephanie. You want to tell her to stop talking so much I’m talking to the other young lady regarding a situation and she just keeps cutting her off. She couldn’t even get her words out and then on top of that as I’m trying to leave the desk she keeps talking to me That was very annoying she don’t belong in front of the house.
Great hotel! Loved the food/bar. Rooms were very clean and the pool was great!
Great location for touring Northwestern University. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.
My mom’s a Hilton honors and GM John was vey lazy the entry door in the rear of the building was locked and he told her he would open the door and left her there until she called again. The first room was not sanitized and had stains on the sheets, when I called Hilton to make sure they were aware they routed the call back to the hotel and the hotel manager put my mom on the spot with another employee and offered her food, The GM (John tried to clean the room after check in ,and interrupted my moms phone call He also down played the hair the crumbs on the couch and her going to the store to purchase tilex She wants a refund and apology from John As a loyal customer we shall see what happens?
