Room stank of raw sewage!!! Belittled by manager for parking motorcycle under cover, off walkway, shaking his head & then abruptly telling me to move it. Bogan Ipswich ville. Ain't what you say, it's how you say it pal, please & thanks goes a long way!
The manager was very rude the pool was disgusting had dirt all over it. It was like it wasn’t cleaned in months would not recommend and the manager.
Work or leisure the owners of this park will make you comfortable. We've been treated to the newest addition to the park, ( work stay ) double on-sweet cabins hosting full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. 2 bedrooms with thoughtful bathroom facilities fit for families older teens younger tots with open easy viewing design. 5 star
We stayed here because of the advertised coach transfers to CMC and paid a premium price for a non-powered site, expecting convenience and a family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The limited coach times (5:00–9:30) made things really difficult, especially with kids. Once you’re out there, you’re basically stuck, which forces you to spend money on food at the festival—over $100 just to feed a family of five. That’s not manageable on a budget. Alternatives like Uber are also unrealistic, costing around $80 just to get there in the the times the buses aren’t running! The staff are lovely and friendly, which we appreciated. However, there seems to be a lack of enforcement when it comes to your own rules. You provide terms and conditions, but they mean very little when they aren’t followed through. We had people singing karaoke and screaming at 1:30am, with loud conversations continuing until 2:30am—you could hear it from several camps away. That’s not acceptable, especially for families! I get fun and memories being made but with young kids this isnt okay especially as you have such strict t&cs as you say! The campsite sizes also don’t match the price. You’re packed in so tightly that you’re basically on top of your neighbours, with no real space to sit outside comfortably. These are strangers, not friends, and it takes away from the experience when you are bouncing by each other…. There were also plenty of empty sites, so spacing people out was clearly possible—but it wasn’t done. A simple solution would be to create a designated family and kids’ area with enforced quiet hours (for example, no loud noise after 10pm). Not everyone is there to party—some people just want to sleep after enjoying the festival. Overall, this wasn’t the experience we expected, and there are some very fixable issues that would make a big difference to if we returned to stay with you again and I know others we talked to felt the same. You bring in close to or over 1 million dollars on a weekend like this I’m sure you could do right by your visitors, without us you don’t make this money
All you coukd ask for
