Ballantyne at Mosman

Stayed in unit 3 studio. The location is fine, couple of shops on the corner and 10min walk to the main area. The unit however has black mould all over the bathroom. No extractor fan. The bathroom drains flooded throughout the entire bathroom and water took hours to go down. This was a reoccurring issue.The kitchen utensils were in the draw were dirty and the dishwasher was not clean. The dishcloth and tea towel smelt bad and unclean. You can absolutely everything in the other units next door. It's a tired place that really is priced too high for what is on offer. We aren't fussy people but felt a tent would have been nicer and left a day early. A couch would have been nice, it would fit in the space. The communication with the owners was responsive however which we'd say was the only positive.

Staying at Ballantyne on Mosman was a very easy and relaxing experience. The manager provided easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the room. The room was very clean and well furnished with great appliances, crockery, etc. The location was fantastic - 10 minutes walk from Military Rd and right near a cafe, bakery and shops. Will be looking to stay here again. Thank you!

Location was super. Walking distance to public Transport (Bus) and to local shops. Room was functional and loved the storage for the suitcases (so not in the general living area). Tim was very kind in accommodating us for a ground floor room. Explained everything and documentation via email was great. Room was very clean. Noticed new appliances and sofa. We also appreciated the availability for paring our car in the carport. well explained first in first served basis. Only fault was extractor fan on stove top wasn't strong enough and I set off the fire alarm making eggs. Had to clean the kettle with vinegar (to remove majority of the stains inside the kettle. Water is hard and the minerals stain the insides) The offering of Nespresso machine was a nice touch (even though we didn't use it). Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sydney and made is nicer with the apartment we stayed in. Would be happy to stay here again.

It was good to get away for our 38th wedding anniversary. The car parking is very limited, only three car spaces for eight unitis. The front gate was unlocked when we arrived security could be better. Walked in the door and my wife put her small bag on the kitchen table and it just fell off table as the top of the table was loose/broken. It is an older unit but had a new clothes washer and dishwasher. We were wondering why we only had one plate in the cupboard and one teaspoon. Later we found the dishwaher had not been emptied. I'm afraid the bed mattress needs to be replaced due to being lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Great location but the noise was too much for us. Overall the Ballantyne was clean and all amenities worked. We were disappointed and will not be returning to Ballantyne Mosman.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet little street. Very close to some super cute local stores. Only minutes to the Taronga Zoo.

Fantastic apartment and friendly service with easy check in. Perfect location close to shops, bus and ferry. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Mosman is a picturesque area. Close to Zoo, beautiful Balmoral Beach, shops and ferry to CBD.
