Felt like visiting Kings Cross in the 70s - a real time capsule. Friendly staff, great location, good shower pressure but uncomfortable mattress.

Unbelievable bad and run down place. Can not really call it a hotel as it’s more a toss house or run down guesthouse! Not sure how people rated it above 1 as it’s subpar. Absolutely everything is total run down and worn out. I would strongly suggest to not stay there!

The hotel deleted our reservation (turned out the next day) and wouldn't let us have our room even tough we had vouchers from our Travel agent and we did pay for the room in advance. We had to pay AGAIN (got the money back the next day when they figured out they themselves deletedour reservation) because otherwise we would have been without a bed with our 1.5 year old daughter!!!! When I raised a complaint the receptionist became very rude and even loud and was obviously not trained to react properly towards complaints. The hallways were dirty. A vacuum cleaner was standing in front of one of the rooms untouched for 2 days. The room was dirty as well. The floors and the bathroom mirror were definitely NOT cleaned. The location is good but there are much better hotels closeby. It was one of the worst hotels I've seen on all of my travels and I would NOT recommend staying.
