I recently stayed at 202 Elizabeth Boutique Hotel in Sydney and had a very pleasant experience overall. There was an issue with the bed in my original room, but the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly. A special thank you to Dylan, who was extremely helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He arranged a room upgrade, which made the rest of my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how quickly the team addressed my concern. Thanks again to Dylan and the hotel manager & staff for their outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to others visiting Sydney.I recently stayed at 202 Elizabeth Boutique Hotel in Sydney and had a very pleasant experience overall. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were fantastic, friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around The only downside was that the hotel did not provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, which is something I have never experienced before at a hotel. Thankfully, there is a convenience store nearby where I was able to buy what I needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

If you are fed up with paying for overpriced Sydney hotels with little to no personal service, then this is the hotel for you. It’s small and compact but super friendly service (that’s you Dylan!). The room was perfect for a weekend stay close to the centre of Sydney and my only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy it longer. Hope to be back!

What a fabulous small hotel. Lovely rooms, a rooftop terrace, great breakfast, very convenient location & top staff! Why stay at an impersonal large chain hotel when the service is this good!

The location is superb, the decor is exquisite and cozy, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It feels as comfortable as home, and it's my first choice every time I come to Sydney!

Amazing place in CBD. The noise insulation is so well done, could not hear the cars / trains at all. Would definitely go back. Friendly and helpful staff, place is clean and well kept, great interior design. Highly recommend!!
