Amazing Cultural Experience in the Heart of Bhutan's Capital Comfortable, relaxing, and spaciously crafted local, family-owned, niche hotel feels like a home away from home. The perfect value for your money in a central location. The staff is welcoming, the food was flavorful, and the accommodations were both generous and inviting. I walked around my room barefoot everyday because they were so clean. I loved exploring each floor of the building and the cultural carvings, paintings, magazines placed throughout (even the elevator door frame was intricately and uniquely carved on each floor). The windows everywhere were so big, I felt blessed with the amount of natural light; and the views were amazing, framing different parts of the city, and allowing me to see activity and encouraging me to explore the city more. As a vegan, I greatly appreciate the restaurant kitchen accommodating my diet and providing me delicious options for each and every meal. This hotel has everything I could have asked for in my first Bhutan experience.

Food is overall good but there is a scope for improvement. North Indian dishes should be improved.

Great staff, right at the center of Thimphu, laundry service (this is very important!) and Kira for hire. I got to wear Kira for the whole trip and it was so nice ! Highly recommend

The hotel is very well located in the city center. It's run by very friendly and hardworking women. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is adequate.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Thimphu. We stayed a couple of days and really enjoyed the location and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and plentiful. Would recommend it to anyone.

I had the pleasure of staying here for my first visit to Thimphu and I had a wonderful time. The location is unmatched and central to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the large windows offer beautiful views of the city. We could even see the Buddha Dordenma from our corner room. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Tshering is an incredible host whose hospitality and kindness made my first visit to Bhutan so lovely and memorable. Book your room here — you won’t regret it!
