Bay Club Haifa Hotel

A sullen clerk. I asked for a band-aid. She seemed really angry that I was bothering her to hear messages on her personal iPhone. The chicken at Friday dinner tasted like carrion! Something horrible. First time in my life that we were turned away in the middle of a Friday dinner on the grounds that the dining room was closing in 15 minutes. We barely had time to finish the first course - all the guests got up to get food quickly before it closed. The bathroom smelled bad. Other than that, the view was the only thing that was perfect. Everything else - horrible hahaha

We returned to the hotel after 3 years. A positive experience. It turns out that the management has changed, as have most of the employees. The location remains excellent, amazing view of the bay. Kind and welcoming staff. Excellent and plentiful food. The rooms are not Hilton, but overall we enjoyed ourselves very much.

It's a shame there's no pool and/or spa.

We were on a small family Sabbath. The service, the food, the readiness for the religious public surpassed all criticism. It was really, really excellent. It is recommended to drink. The rooms are definitely old but clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

It was simply horrible, low quality, disgusting food, noise and shouting everywhere, horrible service, we couldn't sleep at night because of the noise and during the day we were disturbed in the room more than once. In short, do yourself a favor and don't go near it! Because apart from the view, there is nothing there
