A hotel that's supposed to be one star, but the service is five-star, but the treatment is terrible. Anyone who's had a bad makeup session shouldn't go. It's not really five stars, it's just not right.

Do not recommend at all, a terrible experience both in terms of service and the conditions of the villa We booked the villa for 8 friends for a night on the weekend (which was cold and rainy) The complex offered a heated pool and jacuzzi and rooms. They asked us for 4000 NIS The pool was not heated at all and we had to chase the owner all the time to heat it for us.. (Which did not happen in the end) The jacuzzi is remote and uncomfortable. The next day we asked him to heat the jacuzzi and fill it..and it just took forever for him to answer... The kitchen is not equipped with basic utensils at all.. And it was difficult for us to operate the stove.. The answer was slow and long and by the time they answered us we had to leave.. Truly a completely disappointing experience.. I will not recommend and will not return.

The villa is really nice, the pool is heated and indoors (plastic covering outside). The hosts were kind. The main downsides were that the kitchen wasn't equipped as promised, and that the hot water for shower ran out after a single person showering.
