What reviewers say

Guests appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms, with some noting it's a good budget option away from crowds and a short walk to the beach. However, many complain about the poor equipment in the rooms, including a lack of basic kitchen supplies and non-functional Wi-Fi, as well as rude staff and difficult-to-find location.

The room is poorly equipped. It's advertised as having a kitchen, but it lacks everything you need for cooking, such as a sponge for washing dishes. It's advertised as having Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work at all. We asked about it and were lied to, told it was being worked on. The next day, however, another employee told us that the Wi-Fi basically never works here. The bed is very small but comfortable. The complex itself is nice, but the location is absolutely terrible.

Overall, a good place to stay with plenty of space, a comfortable bed with a wardrobe, and a five-minute walk to the beach. However, it could be better equipped. While we did have a kitchen, it lacked a bin and dish soap. A rice cooker would also have been nice. The air conditioner, located right next to the bed, was unfortunately very loud. The Wi-Fi wasn't working upon our arrival, and when we reported it to reception, we were told it would be looked into. The next day, we asked a different staff member, and she knew nothing about it, only mentioning that it was sometimes very slow. Ultimately, we had no Wi-Fi for the entire stay, which was very frustrating. (The TV was therefore unnecessary for us.)

Worst hotel in Phillipines. They charged my card even though for money they were not allowed, dirty rooms, they not respond, they are rude (some woman). I was warned about this and I am sorry I ignored, my friend even did not stay there since they were overbooked and they still charged him.

Hidden in the ghetto is this gem. It's not an easy place to find as you have to navigate narrow alleys and looks sketchy at night, but it's safe. At night I would recommend using a light as dogs do their business on the road sometimes. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling on a budget or wants to stay away from the crowds of the main beaches

Room is what you pay for, except the floor in the bathroom is level leading to a completely wet floor all over rather than just the shower and the lock on our door was not working which meant we had to open it from the inside through a window. The staff was rude and could not comply to simple request. To get to the accommodation you have to walk through an alley which was above ankle level underwater and there is nothing to do in nor around the premises of the accommodation…
