Roach Infestation 🪳 🪳🪳.. I got there left to go out for awhile and I came back and it was a big roach under my bag. I called upfront and asked them can they switch me to a different room and the lady was trying to make me pay for a upgrade for 700 Philippines money. I said, "I'll go through my bank for a refund". They were not willing to work with you or fix the issue. It was about money like I'm a tourist ATM. Also, the dude downstairs I told him I was leaving. He said, "you're checking out?".. I said, " Yeah".. he said to ,"Cancel"... I said I do I get my refund back and he was like, "No... And said something like you was here for the night".. ( I was not there long and got there late and did not stay a night so that was wrong and it was nowhere near 12AM. I didn't even get in that bed. I checked the sheets that's it) I was going through my app and trying to cancel and I couldn't. And I was like I'll sort this out with my bank. Also, when I arrived they were not in the area to check me in so I was asking the Security guard is this the right place? And he sent me to a waiting room. I eventually walked over to them and it wasn't organize. And the room they put me in had zero room in it .. "room 63" that area watch out it's a odor in that area as well. You're paying too much money to be hanging with roaches and dealing with inconsiderate staff that want money out of you instead of assistance.

We noticed a hair in my boyfriend's corned beef meal. He only mentioned it when his food was almost finished, just as I was about to try it. My boyfriend is very easygoing and not picky, so he simply set aside the portion with the hair and continued eating. However, since food preparation and hygiene are important, we were surprised that a hair ended up in the corned beef. That said, our overall stay was great, and we enjoyed the room and the rest of the experience. We hope extra care can be taken with food preparation in the future to prevent similar incidents.

My new fave place for sudden check-ins and stays when getting home for me is hard and a hassle. Prices are cheaper than the famous red hotel but the service have much quality in it.

Very Nice Place.. Worth it.. I recommend it.. and they also granted my request when I was booking.. "There is no mirror"..My partner and I really love the free Breakfast..it took a long time for him to get home the pinas and the bangus together with vinegar(my partner said it was not ordinary sawsawan. We just forgot to call it the mixed vinegar. But it's really good)..First Day in PH, my partner's cravings were satisfied.Thank you..
