Jyu Capsule Hotel

It was a super relaxing stay at this capsule hotel. We stay one night for our layover in Singapore and the mattress was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything is slowly showing wear and tear, but it's very well kept. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Central location. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Very good hostels, clean and safe. The cons is a lot of stayer coming from China since this hostel promote to be best Chinese hostel, the noise and gross behavior kind of normal in China but not internationally. There is no enforcements from the hostel since the staff off at 6pm

Good location in ChinaTown. Easy to do self-check in. The room is clean and good smell, all necessary amenities are well prepared. Bathrooms are very clean. Guests are quiet. Bed is clean and have privacy that you can close the curtain. Inside the capsule also has a private locker that you can keep your valuables when going out or use the bath room. The stairs between the bed are very small somehow it’s hard to clam up to the bed. Overall, affordable, great location and clean. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The changing rooms are fine. Everything works with the keycard, and you can check in automatically, without staff. However, the showers are really disappointing... They're mixed-gender. And when you get in, it feels like you're in a sauna! The air is unbreathable. The toilet is directly in the bathroom, so when you want to shower after someone has used the toilet, it's not very pleasant with the smells and the toilet paper being completely soaked. The shower area is very poorly designed, as the entire floor is wet and there's no space to actually dry your feet. But it's well located, being close to Chinatown.

This was my first time staying in a capsule room. I must say I really enjoyed it. They constantly clean the common areas. Everything is incredibly clean. They have facilities like ironing and laundry. You can check in yourself using the automatic system. If you're as clumsy as I was, they'll help you. They'll contact you via WhatsApp. The rooms are mixed. Nobody bothers or disturbs anyone. It was a great experience. The price-performance ratio is excellent. It's also located in Chinatown. You can go straight down and explore Chinatown. Despite being a crowded area, I slept very comfortably. It's quiet and clean.

The location is good, and the service and value for money are excellent. The restroom and bathroom are clean, and it is nice to have adjustable air conditioning inside the capsule. The TV is a smart TV, so Netflix and YouTube are available, and you can connect AirPods via Bluetooth, making it great for watching before bed. Also, please note that if you pay on-site during reception hours, the fee is 50 SGD.

Had a really good time here! Definitely more on the DIY side, as there is not much staff presence but a very comfortable stay overall.

Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious capsules, the place is cool, the bathrooms do feel hot but it must be because of the air conditioning vents, but overall a very good place to stay.

I had a great time at this hotel, way better than the place i stayed bevor in Singapur! It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy and the capsules are quite spacious and clean. I don't understand the bad reviews this place has on some other platforms like hostelworld. Would recomend 100%

the location is good but the bathroom is very very hot 🔥 i get all sweat 💦 after the shower immediately beside you have to share the same bathroom with both sexes

Great location As others mentioned it can be hot in the capsule. The room where the capsule is is cold but if you want privacy or to block the light you have to sacrifice the cool air I think lowering the light at a certain time or having a screen that breathes would be better

The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. Al main attractions are within walking distance.
