I stayed for two nights, and it was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodated my requests well, so I would like to stay here again if I visit Daegu next time!

One of the few 5-star hotels in Daegu

It was a place that truly wasted the "5-star" label. I felt absolutely no basic consideration for guests visiting with babies. The most shocking thing was that there wasn't even a proper nursing room. When I inquired with a staff member, I was essentially told to breastfeed in the restroom; what 5-star hotel treats guests with infants and toddlers like that? The staff isn't the problem. It seems the hotel owner lacks an understanding of families. I am not complaining about the lack of facilities. Please provide services befitting your rating before promoting yourselves as a 5-star or luxury hotel.

I stayed at the EXCO branch before, and this time I stayed at the main branch... It's more expensive than the EXCO branch, so I booked it thinking it would be worth the price, but... Starting with the parking lot... honestly, I was shocked by how outdated it was. The bathroom is too small, and there isn't even a towel rack, so it's very inconvenient when washing or drying off. As for the water pressure... I've been to countless 4- and 5-star hotels, but I've never seen a hotel where the water just gushes out like this... The stream of water is really frustrating. On top of that, I don't know why the soundproofing is this bad... Sigh... I'm really regretting it.
