There are three things I especially loved about Trekker Camp: 1) Super friendly staff, 2) Places to sit and chill, and 3) Spacious rooms. Aside from the friendly staff, the spacious rooms were my favorite. Many hostels cram as many people as they can in one room, and I seldom have an experience I like. But Trekker Camp was amazing. Would definitely recommend. 👍

I recently completed a long-term stay at Trekker Camp and found it to be a great home base for my time in Chiang Mai. One of the biggest draws is the incredible value; for those on a budget, the monthly rates are very hard to beat. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and felt that it provided a solid foundation for my travels. While my stay was positive overall, there are a few areas where the guest experience could be elevated: Maintenance & Facilities: A bit of extra attention to regular upkeep and deep cleaning in the communal areas/personal rooms would go a long way in making the space feel more refreshed. Consistency: There were moments where some minor updates to the amenities could help make long-term stays even more comfortable. Overall, Trekker Camp is a wonderful choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a community-oriented environment. The WiFi was a bit spotty for my video calls, but worked fine for general browsing. I enjoyed my time here, and with a few small adjustments to the facilities, it could easily be a 5-star experience. Thank you for having me!

Great experience. Clean and affordable. The staff made me feel very welcomed during my first time in chiang mai. They went above and beyond to make my time as pleasant as possible!

A superb hostel with a very cozy common area, a large green space, and soft background music. The staff are incredibly friendly. Admittedly, the location is a bit far from the center, but it's possible to borrow a bike for free or walk, which allows you to explore the city. Thank you for the wonderful welcome, and perhaps we'll be back again!

We spent six nights at Trekker Camp. Everything went very well: the room was clean and quiet. The staff was great and helpful, although we were a little sad not to have been able to say goodbye to Vadim (if we're spelling his name correctly).
