The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff provides good service, there is convenient parking, and the security system is very good.

The rooms are all old and antique. The TV stand is an old-school CD player, the air conditioner is old and yellowed, mold is growing in patches on the walls, and other things are out of the question. There's a leak in the bathroom ceiling, pigeons build nests, and more. Based on my experience staying here both daily and monthly, I'd rate the service as follows: Daily room service: 7/10 Monthly room service: 3/10 Not very cheerful. The location is very tucked away. The entrance sign is inconspicuous and there's no lighting. You'll definitely get lost if you come here for the first time. Even now, I still have to look for the entrance. The security guard only greets you once; the rest are new and leave frequently. The security guard on duty at the entrance smells of durian, and sometimes has red eyes, but it happens often. They have a very flirtatious smile. There are many rooms, suitable for daily rentals. They don't really screen guests much. There are many foreigners, but it's quiet, and not much noise except on Saturdays and Sundays. Foreigners play music very loudly for an 8-story building like this, every week. The sound is off-key. There's enough covered parking. You can smell the smoke from rooms that are inhabited by smokers. They also secretly keep pets. The reviews that look good might not be genuine. The Wi-Fi disconnects frequently, and there are many other issues. Personally, I'm not okay with many tenants moving out after their leases expire, but there are also a lot of new tenants. I pay almost 7,000 baht a month for rent, even though I only use the air conditioner for 4 hours a day.

The room was clean but didn't match the pictures. It was scary and not soundproof. I could hear chairs being dragged around, making it impossible to sleep. The phone number was very difficult to reach.

The staff provided excellent service. I only stayed for one night but was very impressed.

The accommodation was good and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely use their services again if I have the opportunity.

The location is great, close to the main road, perfect for a stopover. The room is spacious and well-furnished: kettle, large refrigerator, dressing table, hairdryer. However, the room might not be brand new, but it's convenient. 🥵The only downside is the abundance of mosquitoes!!

The room didn't match the pictures. It looked like it cost over 500 baht online, but it cost 650 baht. The air conditioner was very noisy, the room was scary, and it wasn't soundproof at all. I'll only stay here once.

Please read what I've said before renting an apartment here!! The only good thing here was the security guards; they were polite, friendly, and kind people, I really liked them. However, the reception girls seemed to be doing their job reluctantly. I only got my deposit back 25 days after moving out, having to pay it before moving in. They came up with ridiculous charges and returned 2500 baht less than my deposit. I've traveled to many parts of the world, and I've never been charged for such ridiculous things as shared areas or furniture (there are no shared areas other than the seating in the lobby). They arbitrarily set prices for strange things and charge you without asking, and I think that fair and honest business practices are not being followed and that people's money is being extorted. I already suspected something was wrong when they asked for a deposit more than double the rent when I first rented the apartment.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. The security system is excellent. All the staff are lovely and provide great service. There is ample parking and it's not too crowded. If I have business in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.
