A great, clean place close to activities

We booked this hotel for a long-term stay and have been very happy with our experience. A special thank you to Wah-Wah and Robert, who were both extremely helpful and attentive. When we experienced a small noise issue in our room, they handled it professionally and arranged an upgrade to a much quieter room immediately. We truly appreciated their efforts and dedication to ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The rooms are very clean, fresh, and well maintained, with none of the moldy smells that can sometimes be found in tropical destinations. The room design is modern, simple, and welcoming. We also found the bed, mattress, pillows, and bedding to be exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Another big plus was the air conditioning, which worked efficiently without the excessive noise often found in hotel rooms. Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you again to Wah-Wah, Robert, and the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality.

Sorry for Late Review. Very Bad experience, Reception lady gave the key to Engineer even I sleep in the room in morning, how’s possible, means that NOT SAFE to stay here, poor customer care staffs are here.

After reading so many positive reviews about Clarian Hotel Beach Patong, I decided to book my stay for 3 nights from July 8th to July 11th during my business trip to Phuket.What impressed me even before arriving was the excellent customer service. The staff have been very responsive, professional, and helpful in answering my questions, which gave me confidence that I made the right choice. The hotel looks modern, well-maintained, and ideally located, making it a great option for both business and leisure travelers. Based on my experience so far, the service has already exceeded my expectations.I will definitely return after my stay to update this review and share my full experience. Looking forward to staying here and experiencing the hospitality in person…

Nice hotel and great service

The best hotel you could stay in Phuket. Everything is luxurious, from the rooms and restaurant to the entire staff. Their attitude is incredibly friendly; their manner alone is enough. I'll definitely visit again and again; they're absolutely worth it.
