Patong Resort

The first time I came, I was visiting a friend, but the security guard wouldn't let me in and told my friend to come down and pick me up. When my friend arrived, they still wouldn't let me in and wanted to charge an extra 700 baht to let me in. I've never encountered anything like this before. The quality of the hotel isn't any different from other hotels, or perhaps it's even worse than hotels with fewer problems. I'm not sure if it's because it's the low season, but please consider this.

One of the highlights of the stay was the food. The resort offers a good variety of options, and the quality is consistently satisfying. Whether it’s breakfast or a casual meal, the dishes are flavorful and cater to different tastes. The location is truly unbeatable. The resort provides easy accessibility to Patong Beach, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes. At the same time, it is conveniently close to Bangla Street, making it perfect for those who want to explore the nightlife, shopping, and entertainment without needing long commutes. Overall, Patong Beach Resort is a great choice for travelers looking for a balance between relaxation and excitement, with excellent accessibility, good food, and a pleasant stay experience.

A beautiful, modern hotel with many convenient amenities. Safe, chid friendly. Great location.

Rooms aren’t good..:old property ..maintained well but no premium feel.:

The manager and their team at the reception was unable to communicate effectively in English, which made interactions difficult. Additionally, the so-called Superior and Premium Deluxe rooms appear misleading, as they are located in a different building than expected. It was really disappointing to see the level of service provided by them. Effective communication is a fundamental requirement in the hospitality industry, especially when dealing with international customers. Greater emphasis should be placed on hiring and training staff who can communicate clearly and professionally with guests. Only the advantage is location except all rooms, their services is third class. I would have given them Negative rating, if google has kept this option.

My favorite hotel in Patong. Great breakfast and location. I love the old world feel walking into the lobby, but a very modern air conditioned lobby😅

A wonderful place in a great location with very high-quality rooms! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely highly recommend this place.

They charge 2000 baht for arrival and 700 baht for visiting friends! The furniture is old, so the money paid isn't worth it!
