My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. my room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the neighboring rooms. I immediately informed the front desk, and they told me they would investigate the source of the smoke. However, nothing was resolved. Shortly afterward, a strong paint smell started coming into my room. When I reported this again, the staff simply apologized and informed me that maintenance and painting work was being carried out on all the rooms on the floor above. This was never communicated to me in advance, and I was not offered a different room before these works began. It became clear that the cigarette smoke was actually coming from the maintenance workers, which made the situation even more frustrating. The hotel manager eventually told me, “We can change your room if you want.” By that point, this was not a reasonable solution. Packing all my belongings and moving to another room would take additional time and inconvenience me, especially when the hotel should have prevented this issue from the beginning or informed me before assigning me the room. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of communication, the cigarette smoke, the paint fumes, and the way the situation was handled showed a lack of consideration for guests’ comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

Big size room but old things. Service behaviour of reception staff was rude. He was asking for rs. 1800 Baat for airport whereas, actual rent is 800 only. Service and behaviour are important aspects of any hotel but they dont.

Excellent hotel for the price-quality ratio. The location and accessibility are simply perfect! Two full-size swimming pools, lots of greenery, ample parking. This is our sixth time here. I had plenty to compare it to. I highly recommend it.
