This hotel is excellent value for money; I highly recommend it. It's also in a great location and the staff are very friendly.

Its a very cheap priced room at great location in Phuket. Recommended if you are travellling alone.

We stayed 2 people in the room. It was large enough. Also the place is very clean and centeral. Like 2 mins walking from bangla road and 5 mins from central patong etc. Also 10 mins from beach. Dont worry about noise. It doesnt come inside even we were looking main street. Dont hesistate to stay there. no bugs or mosqutoes. There is 7/11 on the corner and many cafes resturants.Enoy when you stay here.

I think it's worth the price, or even more. There wasn't an elevator in the building, but the staff carried our suitcases to the upper floors for us. They also kindly held our luggage for us and accommodated our last-minute changes to our plans, which we greatly appreciated. We arrived late at night and the entrance was closed, which was a bit confusing, but we pressed the intercom and a staff member came and showed us in. If you're arriving late at night, I recommend contacting them in advance.

I've stayed at this small, well-located hotel several times. It's a bit dated, but air-conditioned and very clean and comfortable. The welcome was friendly and the staff helpful. I recommend it. The value for money and location is excellent.

WARNING: The beds are extremely uncomfortable, as hard as a concrete slab, with the feeling that the springs are digging into your back! A tiny 30 x 30 cm window for the entire room that you can't open! A small bathroom where the shower stall is right in front of the toilet—no logic whatsoever—resulting in constantly wet feet. The cleaning lady never says hello. Extremely noisy all night from the other guests. On the plus side: 300 meters from Bungla Street, 600 meters from the beach, and finally, the owner and her son are pleasant and smiling. We booked a 3-week package (flight + hotel) and couldn't change it on arrival as it was already paid for!
